From our cooler Hawke’s Bay sites, gravels for structure and lift, and clay for roundness and depth. Fermented in stainless with gentle pumpovers to keep the fruit front and centre. A touch of oak adds richness without weight. Bottled early to lock in freshness, this Pinot is all about vibrancy, flavour, and easy drinking.
