WIne Description:
Fruit comes from gravel, silt and clay soils across Hawkes Bay for natural depth. Picked at peak ripeness, destemmed and gently pressed, then cool fermented in stainless steel to keep the fruit bright. A short time on lees builds subtle texture before bottling.

Full flavour, off-dry finish, no apology. Peach and pear up front, citrus and spice in the middle, smooth all the way
