Benjamin Taillandier’s Minervois Audere (Latin for ‘to desire, to dare’) is a wine that truly lives up to its name. The old Carignan vines planted at an altitude of 400 metres on schist soils give life to a remarkable wine. Aromatic, juicy and full-bodied, driven by black fruits and spices in a very lively style. One is left impressed by the clarity, tension and freshness of this cuvée. A great wine!
