The wine is bottled as Vin de France from the Languedoc-Roussillon region. It is a blend of 30% Grenache Gris, 30% Grenache Blanc, 20% Terret Gris and 20% Terret Blanc, directly pressed and rested in tank for 5 months before bottling . Benjamin has worked his vineyards organically from the start, attained organic certification in 2011, and incorporated biodynamic farming with Demeter certification in 2022.
Tasting Note:
A white blend from Caunes-Minervois in Languedoc, made from Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, Terret Gris and Terret Blanc grown on clay and limestone soils. Benjamin Taillandier works to make wines that are lighter, fresher, and lower in alcohol than the regional average.
