Wine Description:
Our Grand Reserve Gewurztraminer grapes were soft-pressed and cold fermented with select yeasts Wher extended skin contact for over 12 hours. This wine is highly aromatic with notes of peach, lychee and rose petal with a soft, light, lingering finish.
Tasting Note:
This wine is brimming with notes of Turkish Delight, orange blossom, grapefruit and elderflower aromatics. On the palate, this wine is built on an oily, yet refreshing frame that is supported by intense flavours of lychee, rosewater, lemon curd, and fresh ginger.
