Wine Description:
Ribbon Springs Vineyard is the largest of Adelsheim's estate vineyards, encompassing 60 planted acres in the Ribbon Ridge a nested AVA of the Willamette Valley's Chehalem Mountains.
Tasting Note:
Crisp golden apples, Meyer lemon zest, ground white pepper, and crushed stone lift out of the glass with tenacious intent, determined to grab one’s attention. The palate is simultaneously plush and energetic. This wine has the complexity and structure to age for years.
