Wine Description:
Ribbon Springs Vineyard is the largest of Adelsheim's estate vineyards, encompassing 60 planted acres in the Ribbon Ridge a nested AVA of the Willamette Valley's Chehalem Mountains.
Tasting Note:
Leading with vibrant aromas of cinnamon bark, crushed violets, black cherry, and fresh loam this wine leaps across the palate bringing excitement and polish. I look forward to watching it as it ages long into the future.
